The State's Autopsy Findings on the Entrance and Exit Wound

On average, the national association of medical examiners estimates that if you do more than 250 autopsies a year, you're really starting to push the envelope in terms of error rate. So an additional review by the department of justice significantly disagreed with the state's autopsy findings on the entrance and exit wound. How can two different pathologists look the same material and come up with really different conclusions? It has to do with one's interpretation of the findings.
