The Negatives of Exercise
Exercise is an artificial replacement for something we used to do 40,000 years ago. We had to come up with like, okay, we don't live like that now and so what do we do? So we go into the gym and we try to compensate in 40, 50, 60 minute intervals of doing what we were designed to do - move all day. And I think that is a really powerful message too, as we are discussing this idea of obesity and gains in body weight.
