A lot of discontent we experience in life and then pass on to other people is the result of not being in touch with what we need. And so all these questions about be, I think it comes down to self-awareness and it's not easy. You know, it's never really easy to truly identify what you need in a moment. But if we can get in that practice of asking ourselves, what is it that I need and really self-reflecting and then act on what we've learned - emotionally balanced people will be happier, more fulfilled and stronger.
