Many of the top leaders in these incredibly successful organizations really looked at what i think you call first team, looking at this team first versus individual area or department. They all had different ways of describing it, but they were all incredibly structured in their thinking. And then people throw out their ideas to try and influence them into doing a cart wheel for cancer day. It's not a good idea to do a cart wheel in front of my peers in the room to day. So eak.
