Chris and his wife are living on their state pension and a very small work pension. They have some savings, but that stops them getting any other benefits from the government apart from the bare minimum. Chris says there's plenty of help out there if you're struggling to pay your energy bills. Mike: "Don't be afraid of being in debt - it's much better than having no heating"
