We've released those plans. They've been an early access for quite a while. So the way that you had to access them was through your account and then you'd enable them and then you could see the plans. One of the biggest things that we've done is we have changed the ramp rate of the endurance days to be lower. That means that week over a week, it's going to you're not going to progress so rapidly through endurance. And we've also increased the number of endurance workouts for the high intensity side of things in base. But there's still a lower ramp rate with endurance.
