The idea of consistency beating intensity is something that was repeated quite often when i was in my fitness background as a fitness and nutrition coach for many years. I always preache that in people who were in my circles, as other fitness pross did as well,. That we didn't want people going to the gym, you know, try to go for an hour or two a day, and then after ten days, feel completely burnt out and not want to do it again.
