Bodybuilding - What Would You Do Differently?

I think that if you spend an equal amount of time working on your mental health and that is coupled with diet and exercise, I believe because I'm in this place right now. The things that will limit me from getting to the point of obesity or like an unhealthy body weight would probably be like, again, extreme habits. So I don't think I would ever allow myself to get to that place because it just wouldn't feel good anymore. It's really important for people that are moving into the bodybuilding space to shift their why. A lot of people are not doing the work that is required to shift theirwhy.
