How to Create Great Churches Without Finding Great Leaders

In the church world, if you're a gifted leader but can't hold people's attention for 20 to 30 minutes in a row, the church isn't going to grow. There are a lot of great communicators who just aren't good leaders, so the organization is poorly led. Once we were able to solve the problem of dividing the leadership piece from the communication piece, our world changed. Now there are multi-site churches all over the country.
