The Role of Customer Success in Software as a Service

Customer success in itself was like a role that's really come out of software as a service in practice. I think there are other equivalents in other industries, but they just not flagged or called custom success in essence. So it is interesting how customers success, even though it's not necessarily called that in every space, it absolutely exists across the board. And so when you look at that and you say, okay, I want to measure myself against that, regardless of what industry or I'm in or what segment I'm in,I want to have that kind of world-class renowned support service"
