Are the Protein Recommendations Too High?

The protein recommendations that we often hear really probably don't apply to forty, at least forty % of the population. I think that's an important point for most people, of just being realistic with how much they're exercising as well. And so i'll tell you, looking across strains and sexes, a lot of strains benefit from protein restriction, but some don't. There are even some strains where, you know, we re strict protein and they gain more fat mass.
