Karen: There are a couple different steps that have been taken in first of all hats off to policymakers for taking some steps. I don't think it went far enough and it's not perfect but it is a big step in the right direction. The biggest failure in my opinion is it gives a pass to gas doesn't require much of the gas system even though gas was the biggest failure in winter storm fury.
