In the united states, of course, we have sub national carbon prices at the moment. And they so face less of a challenge than a kind of the international reporting and verification. But there is still some challenge in figuring out how do you know exactly how much a carbon is going into the air? One of the things i wonder about is, should we even be targeting all products, or should we really just be targeting a handful of industries such as steel and aluminum?"
