If you're present with other humans, that there is an outflow from you of goodwill and benevolence. That's already a very important contribution to a change in consciousness. My 13-year-old son has built such a thick shell of ego around himself that he's been suffering for years. It's hard to know how to help him. He's not sure he has an essence because he's never felt it. So he thinks all he is is his mind. And so I don't know where to start.
