Right to privacy is sort of this implied right, because they look at certain rights in the constitution that do touch on issues that you could broadly call privacy. But what the move that happens here is thay, they they find several rights that actually are protected in the constitution, and then they extrapolate from them to this higher or broader right of privacy. That's just simply not how constitutional analysis should work. And i thinkthe what the case, the court doesn't go so far as to say, younow, that whole right to privacy idea is nonsense, um, but they say, hey, look, some of these other things that have been recognized within this area are very different types
