The Effects of Nitric Oxide on the Consumer

A new law has been proposed by the UK government to criminalize possession of nitrous oxide. The pain killing anesthetic is used safely worldwide, including in delivery units. In recent years it's become increasingly popular among young people who use it recreationally. Critics say pressing criminal charges against users would be disproportionate and wouldn't stop people using it.
