Hormone receptor is hrystucimab, also known as herceptin for one year for HER2 positive tumors. All hormone positive tumors should receive five years of tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor for postmenopausal women. If you have a woman who's age greater than 70 with clinically negative nodes and an ER positive T1 breast cancer, then you might be able to get away with hormonal therapy, lumpectomy, negative margins, but not have to do radiation. And this is out of the NCCN guidelines.
