How to Deal With the Cold
One of the courses that Interfire sells on its website includes a week of hyperventilation in a cold shower while standing up with the same full lung exhale that can make someone pass out. I know several people who tried this exact maneuver and ended up bruised on the floor. And then on week eight of the course, Wim leads a lone student into the water hyperventilating and dunking his head. In the text next to the video, there is a bizarre disclaimer that reads, he is not doing the breath retention and then putting his head underwater.
