Rinehart: Markets believe the ends to what the fed wants lower ation. He says they don't quite have it right about what the means will be. Rinehart: If inflation has come down a lot, it probably means the uemploy rates is going up. As inflation gets closer to their goal, they can put more weight on maximum employment.
