The Politics of Lefty Lawyers

There'll be very few who will qualify because of the safeguards that are put in place. And you kind of feel that given how few people will go, this is about sending a message to the tabloid press. The whole lefty lawyers thing I find really, really annoying, because we don't talk about righty lawyers. They're lawyers who are challenging the law. That is their job. It's like saying that today's ruling in the appeal court is from lefty judges. They're just applying the law as they see fit. This is the way our system works and producing it sort of popularizing it makes me vaguely repellent.
