Is Complexity Economics Serving a Udemonic Approach to Reality?

Theory of causal levels is something that we also see in the tension between different levels of a complex system as it knows itself and as it incodes stable features about its environment. So when you're talking about the violence committed by this effort to try and reduce the dimensionality of our complex world, i'm thinking about how these theoretical failures are actually making us miserable or killing us. The next episode in this series is the one that i just recorded with eric beinhawker and dian coyle. And eric has this theory that complexity economic should be serving a udemonic approach to reality. In other words, i doubt many ceos come in and write down mathematical models
