Andrew Knight and Max Dan have been friends for 30 years. The pair first worked together on Jack Irish's TV series Zoom. Andrew was stuck in Melbourne during the 'pandemic' when he came up with the idea of Apple falling from the tree. It really was watching masters at work both he and Max just how much I learned, says co-creator David Walliams.
