The Mayor's Plan to Ban Camping in Portland

The vote just passed to ban camping as he calls it during daylight hours on city property. This includes parks and green spaces that tend to be preferred by the kind of folks who find themselves living in encampments. The real goal would be just to force them to move somewhere else like people used to bust their homeless folks to California.
