The second challenge is regulating cross border flow of data and giving confidence to other countries that their citizen's data is safe. Third challenge: protection of privacy rights of children and young girls. Fourth point? 25% of people who do not have access to mobile forms. About 30 % do not have o quality ine internate throughout the day.
