Do You Think It's Ok to Limit Certain Kinds of Autonomy?

I think it's a disaster when more than 50 % of marriages end up in divorce. Muslems and the audience me, you can not go into a marriage and be confident that this will last. I am friends with many imams who counsel these types of marriages to prevent that kind of a messy break up. And so it never holds up in court. If you're elling me that every pre nuptial agreement could be challenged thrown out, then ther would be no prenuptial agreements. It's justifid to limit certain kinds of autonomy.
