I think we've all been there. I have definitely taken off with my ejection seat, not armed. It's a huge part of culture to recognize that you are going to make mistakes and, you know, hopefully share with the team. And obviously it's a backbone of being an aviator in the Air Force, especially being a fighter pilot is owning it.
