The FDA's Guidance on Medical Devices

The FDA is starting to say, look, it's not acceptable for medical devices to just be vulnerable when they're network connected. I don't think nearly enough companies are doing tabletop exercises on different kinds of major events that could be impactful to them. In this case, about two weeks ago, the copyright office ruled that anything made solely by a generative AI can't be copyrighted. And there is no way the creative industry is going to accept not owning the copyright for their product.
