We don't have enough petroleum engineering graduates, because e s g basically pushed away an entire generation of a s g. All the people know to do it live in china, or they live in russia. So we have a serious issue. It's like these overplayed how much in the future that we are and we underestimated how much existing intra structure still has such an immense impact on the way that you live your dayto day life.
