You have to get a little creative, because it's like nobody wants to work with a completely unknown entity. If you've got 20 competitors that are focused on selling bounce houses, your slice of the pie is going to be much smaller than a nitch that only has two man players or three may players. I don't really get too nervous about entering a niche just because amazon or walmart is there. And that's just because i'm trying a position myself as the expert, an the leader in that particular niche.
