The Importance of Community

With Gen Z, we've got more of this almost community or communism forefront. Just as the individualism for nomads, Gen X, we're not really by choice. It was just because you had to. So Gen Z is also community because they have to. They're in a time period of obedience and crisis. Do what I say. Stay inside. You don't have to put on a mask. And so yeah, the shadow will probably also have some hierarchical elements in it as well. But there's like you said, they're figuring out things on their own. There's a lot of winner take all sort of mindset in there that's happening."
