There are waymore homeless, crazier people that you've ever seen in your life than when we grew up. I a li like i want ragan released allfts. All i want crazies out onto the strek. What we do need is more hospitals. We don't need more fuck and free drugs being handed out in the same block as the fucking place ther everyone's a drug attict. Yes, there's a drug problem down there, and there's a mental ill problem, and they're all tramatically fucked and affected by shitty parents or something.
