The Evolution of Party Building
In 2005, party building was used a lot as a term in China. What has changed over the past 15 or so years since Xi Jinping came into power? Is there more emphasis behind party building? What's really changed the political salience of it? It also wasn't very clear to my interviewees what the exact use of these party members would be.
