Managing Stress Isn't Easy
Time flies by without us knowing it because we're so engaged with what we're doing, which is kind of happening to me. It's just not easy to get ourselves to do the things that lower our stress. Why? Because we were never taught healthy ways to manage the pressure we feel. So i teach my clients to implement these strategies and you'll notice they make you perform better.
