The Legal Status of Scooters
I'm on the fence when it comes to scooters, because I like urban, rentable, short, short journey scooters. It's particularly confused in the UK because their legal status is so unclear. They are officially capped at 15 miles an hour but people can go a lot quicker than that. And there was talk about bringing regulation, but that's delayed until the end of this year and probably going into 2024. In the meantime, these vehicles will continue to be sold, but everyone will be using them illegally. Yeah. But it would be, I've seen them being used very responsibly.
