Is There a Connection Between Participation and High Performance?

I always view high performance in a senior context at the highest level. And I, I think when it gets misconstrued or ultimately interpreted as being bought into a reality like secondary school sport, for example, it's not high performance. Um, we need to start putting the word and it's participation and high performance. The language or the concepts around that are well worth clearing up. We're getting less police, professionals, less teachers having a crack who don't have sporting backgrounds or strong sporting backgrounds. That would suggest that within the high performance reality, you know, the knowledge and the talent is potentially recycling and integrating inside the system. It's definitely not an easy conversation to facilitate.
