The Importance of Communicating Ethics
In ancient greece it was pretty a common commonly held view including among eristat al-pato that ethics is probably the last thing you should start to study. It shouldn't be until you're like 35 or 45 yeah and i think that was about the age they put on it. They thought that's a really important component of being a good ethicist was having well developed moral sensibilities. Some people all sort of chafe at that idea especially in our culture where we kind of praise youth and look a scance at the elderly.
