What if He's Not Finished With Me?

The stocker kept turning up outside the family home in New York City. When police tried to arrest him he resisted, telling them they had no right to it was only in february of this year that we actually got any resolution on the whole thing. The guy was sentenced to 21 months in prison at petersborough crown court. He had pleaded guilty to harassment and resisting arrest. I know he won't be turning up outside for just less than two years but what about after that? What if he decides he's not finished with me and he continues to turn up outside my house?
