The same basic structure of primitive accumulation that happened in England is going to happen in every colony and in everywhere else. Any place where anything free is happening, where people are just freely exchanging anything, ideas or, you know, it is a source. It's their use values that are just waiting for capital to come in and stamp them with some kind of value. Nobody spontaneously wants that. And so I think that's true in every aspect.
