What's Clinical Content and What Does It Mean?

Therapists are just as affected by what's happening in the world as our clients are. We need help and we need prompts, so whatever system a therapist uses, I want it to include all the prompts that it needs. The systems I don't like is when you're given a box to fill in and the box says clinical content. And then you have to make up what it means. So I have I have queued myself on my own notes to say exactly what it mean. Is there what the what the brisk is, what the assessment is about all of that, what the prognosis is? What the homework is?"
