What Happened?

The bodies of burl Evans and his wife geraldine were found in their flat. The couple had been strangled with a necktie, but there was no sexual assault kit on the body because they were married. When police first tried to arrest him he claimed that he did not do it. He is now sentenced to hang from the gallows after being convicted of murder.
