I'm Not Paying for the Ring
Pallava is in a bit of a pickle with this engagement ring. So she's put, should I pay for my engagement ring? She'd much prefer the idea of he pays for the ring and I'll pay for the post engagement holiday or something to celebrate. If you're the one who's pushing a marriage or engagement, 100% should be considered if the other person isn't financially ready. It shouldn't be about the money and a big expensive ring. It should be about the happiness of getting engaged - but a nice ring is a plus.
