How to Shorten Your Time Horizons

I love that notion of really shortening up the duration. We have a fairly short window where it'll meaningfully change our behaviors because if it's just too far out, it's not real enough for us. It's about changing your environment so that you can create an environment that's more conducive to focus. And it should be a no brainer by now to turn off notifications, use ad blockers, keep your phone in another room.
