The Importance of Transfers in a Region

The best times for babies to be transferred is while they're still in their moms. Because of how staff's finite these resources, there are only certain hospitals in the region that deliver intensive care. And then the flip side of things, we also bring babies and children closer back to home. If you're living an hour, an hour and a half, two hours away, it's not feasible for your family life if you're staying two hours away. So we're trying to bring these patients closer to home.
