How to Write a Successful Pilot

I would rather have a show That is tongue in cheek like on the Adult Swim Network But I am all for having a show, you know, on the Disney Channel You know, I don't really know how to pick. So that's where you take a step back and you go, okay, after I'm done with this, what do I want to write? "You're going to be expected to produce more of that Disney-driven material Sure After two or three you're able to make the leap anywhere you want to go"
