Are the Tassas Lined Up for Hours to Get Charged?

Do you think that it's true that the tessas are lined up for hours to get charged? Here's my degree in economics. You would not build a network of charging stations fulfil 100 % of all possibilities. That would be coss prohibitive. So it seems to me likely that the charging network is only designed for the 98 % of the time when traffic is normal, and not designed for the twopr i'm just making up two percent. But i can't trust the news enough to know if it's just something to happen once, and we might already be past the line, or is it getting worse? Who knows.
