Jay Johnson: The Secret Service is in the habit of planning for a number of different contingencies. It wouldn't surprise me that he really wanted to go to the Capitol, but this report about him becoming very physical in the vehicle was like third-hand hearsay. We haven't heard directly from the head of his protection detail, and I suspect we won't.
