Do You Have the Data Right?

Any project is only as good as the people that you have so how do you prepare for it when you're running in a company. One of the number one questions that we ask is, do you have the data right? Do you have the expertise to move that forward with what our experience has been is that lots of organizations have teams, but they're limited in their knowledge because this field has advanced so quickly. There's a lot of time spent on overestimating what you've got and another big as I'm done by the vendor team and the skills are really important.
