11 minutes of cold 57 minutes of heat is a good north star for people to kind of build up to across a week. If you're wanting to optimize for those metabolic benefits to finish in the cold and not sit down and keep moving which we discussed earlier. A couple other questions I have. Am I doing this with clothes on or am I jumping in to the ocean nude because as I understand it there's different views on that. It could be very weird to be naked some places where other places it's what you do. So swim the way or plunge the way you feel most comfortable but also what feels good in a social context.
