The Importance of Flow in Life
When all of these conditions are present you the activity becomes out-to-tallic. The goal is just to do the activity you're not concerned about even succeeding or getting paid. Unless a surgeon experiences flow he will soon become sloppy and uninterested in what he's doing if he's in it only for the money. Usually surgeons begin to find in precision excellence of performance that goal not in what happens after.
