Fannie Willis Is Free to Act on the Special Grand Jury's Report

Fannie Willis is free to act on those recommendations regardless of what we, the public can see now or in the future. If she does that, whether such an indictment will include former president Donald Trump would make history because no U.S. president or former president has ever before been charged with a crime. But we do know that it's in the D.A.'s hands now.
